Hey, it’s the very first words of the Torah (“In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, etc etc”), illuminated by dragons and some other critter, and whoops, someone forgot “God created” and had to stick it in with a caret. Hope that makes you feel better about your next mistake, at least you didn’t leave out two critical words from the beginning of a gorgeous illuminated dragon manuscript that took hours of painstaking work.13th c.
